10 things I learned at Girls Camp

1. Teenage girls will literally die if they don't have their cell phones.
2. Getting 5 hours of sleep every night for a week is not fun.
3. Making friendship bracelets is fun.
4. It's really scary to run into a pack of coyotes at night when you're alone.
5. The Young Women in my ward are the best teenage girls anywhere.
6. It's hard to leave your husband for a week.
7. Just when you feel like you have learned every single camp song in the world and there can't possibly be anymore, they start singing a new one.
8. Tampons can stop nose bleeds.
9. I am in no rush to have children.
10. Teenage girls can be some of the meanest people alive, but if they want to be they can also be some of the sweetest and most helpful.

I agree with you 100% - except that is a new concept for me - tampons helping stop nose bleeds...how inventive!
