Free to a Good Home

We are getting rid of our trusty futon, does anyone want it? We've had it since we got married a year and a half ago and before that it belonged to my aunt and is in very good condition. It opens up to a double. Personally I think it's the most comfortable futon I've ever been on and yes, I had slept on it numerous occasions before it became ours. On the flip side, Scott hates it and thinks it's not comfortable at all. So come sit on it and tell us who is right, and then take it with you if you like it.Also, everyone knows how in love with this I am:
Scott got me the extended version for Christmas so we have our original copy that we don't need anymore. There is one BluRay disc and one DVD.

Welcome 2011

To welcome in 2011 we had a fondue party. Some of the world's funnest people were there, so we had an awesome time.

We started the evening off with some cheese fondue, which turned into a cheese experiment. I followed the directions perfectly but somehow the cheese was clumping instead of melting. Luckily we had Michael the culinary expert there who tried to help us out but it was almost beyond even him. We ended up putting it all in a blender to see if that would fix it. It was edible, but just barely.
If someone knows what I did wrong, please tell me. These sweet people all ate it anyway.
Of course we were rocking out to Rock Band 3 (which is really fun with the keyboard) all night.
Check out Kellie, the groupie.

Look at this teamwork from Ryan and Madison.
And how cute are these 2 twins? They will be married one week from today!
The chocolate fondue was next, which was as good as the cheese was bad. It was SUPER easy and delicious, for anyone who wants the recipe!
The highlight of the evening was when it was nearing midnight, and we got to witness the ball dropping, live! In our house!!

All in all, it was an awesome New Year's Eve and we're ready to take on 2011!
